INTERESTED IN ‘MOVING FOR INSPIRATION’ MOVEMENT WORKSHOPS ?? by nadiacatkinhillman

Living in the times that we do, many of us feel it hard to find sources of inspiration and personal empowerment. We may often feel worn out, frustrated, ineffectual, helpless, hopeless with it all. What I envisage could be moves in a positive direction, are creative movement & expression sessions based on narrative, prose, poetry, quotes, stories, experiences, activities, music…etc

The sessions would offer a safe, contained space where we could express our thoughts, feelings, ideas et al, around the theme of inspiration – in this time of Great Turning in our world. We would use simple body-centred techniques to open up to this process. A chance to get out of our heads and into our bodies! To move and be moved.

You need not have any experience whatsoever in movement to attend, just simply a desire to meet with others for inspirational contact, however you perceive that to be.

Sessions would last for an hour and a half. We would meet monthly or fortnightly depending on what the group as a whole wanted. I’d like to begin fairly soon at a venue in St Werburghs. (There would likely be a nominal charge to cover costs.)

If you are interested then email me preferably:
