Bristol Permaculture Group is hosting a Permaculture Dayschool and SW Convergence on Sunday 26th November at St Werburghs Community Centre, Horley Rd, St Werburghs, Bristol, BS2 9TJ

Workshops and talks confirmed so far include:

Paul Mobbs, author of ‘Energy Beyond Oil’ on the looming Peak Oil crisis.

Nicky Scott on Community Composting.

Dr Chris Johnstone on positive personal response to environmental crisis.

Karin, Steiner Waldorf Landworks teacher, on nature education for children.

Maddy Harland, editor of Permaculture Magazine on how to stay sane while
working for a sustainable future.

Mike Feingold’s round the world tour of sustainable traditional systems.

Sarah Pugh Urban Permaculture and Community Action.

Visit to Boiling Wells Youth Environment Project with scything demonstration
from Neils.

A range of practical skills based workshops including

Natural Household Cleaning products (Emma)

Sock Darning for the Future (Alex)

Green Woodwork

Willow hurdle making

Feedback Forum (for your project ideas )

An opportunity to hear what’s happening in Bristol with updates from a range
of urban Permaculture projects including community allotments, orchards and woodlands. Find out how you can get involved.

A chance for groups from around the South West to network and share ideas.

Cost is £6

Registration is at 9.30am, workshops till 6pm and party till 11pm.

Veggie/vegan lunch and dinner will be provided by the Kebele Kulture Project
Cafe for £3 each meal (£5 day ticket). Tea and Cake on sale all day!
