just a little inter-essay break for me to pass on this message from James (Mulambo)

HI there,A friend of mine is setting up a weekly community veg box scheme.

All the fruit and veg is locally sourced and organic where possible. On top of this there are added extras you can purchase such as fresh bread, chocolates, pates/humous etc. Boxes are picked up from St.werburghs.

The box costs £12 and for this you get a very generous amount- smaller boxes are also available.

Its a great opportunity to get cheap, ethical food that hasn’t travelled halfway round the planet.

If you want to support a great local initiatve phone Tom 377934
