The Pierian Centre 27 Portland Square, St Pauls.

17th – 19th October

Food lives in the mouth, in the mind, and in the farmer’s hand. It lives in the
memory of individuals and communities. It can be a sacrament, or a
commercial transaction – a key to ritual, relationship and politics. And
Hunger has been our companion since time began. The Meaning of Food
explores the myriad ways that film handles food.
We will be serving food at each screening – and a speaker as well to help
you digest it. It’s the tastiest Film Festival in town!
