Imagine how much happier the world will be when people recognise how much creative power they hold.
With Spring well on its way, the Light Box Project is now running full tilt towards bringing the Happiness Workshops to the Galleries shopping centre in Broadmead this April.

Here is a link to a downloadable and printable .pdf containing details of the project (including an A4 poster)

Light Box provides art workshops to promote positive thinking and build resilience. We aim to enhance well-being and tackle some of the stigma associated with mental health. We suggest different intentional actions, each proven to make a significant and positive difference to your own level of happiness.

This Spring we expect to see many different people taking part: women at risk of offending, vulnerable young people, folks referred by Bristol G.P surgeries via the Artshine programme and anyone else who would like to join in.

The workshops are fun and informative and use art to promote mental health.
